your first
contact at
the Practice
and will
deal with
your
queries,
make
appointments
or direct
you to the
appropriate
members of
staff.

Elaine
Scott
Elaine
offers
a
full
range
of
services
including
immunisation,
travel
advice,
dressings,
stitch
removal
and
cervical
smears.
She
also
runs
contraception
and
family
planning
sessions
and
is
highly
trained
in
asthma
care
and
runs
asthma/chronic
airways
disease
clinic
together
with
'Smokestop'
sessions.
Lucy
Etherington
Lucy
offers
general
nursing
as
above,
including
dressings,
stitch
removal
and
cervical
smears.
She
also
performs
Diabetic
Checks
and
New
Patient
Checks.
Sue
Mansfield
Sue offers
general
nursing
services as
above,
including
dressings,
stitch
removal,
cervical
smears.
She is
qualified in
diabetes
care and
runs a
diabetes
clinic.
She also
performs New
Patient
checks.
Phlebotomist
Becky Dixson is a very experienced phlebotomist and will be available for taking blood on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Our Health Visitors are based at Wroughton Health Centre. They deal particularly
with infant
and child
health
problems to
age 5,
though they
can advise
and assess
problems for
any age
group.

Dawn
Miles hold
antenatal
clinics at
the surgery
on a weekly
basis and
provides
most routine
antenatal
and
immediate
postnatal
care.
She can be

via the GWH
switchboard.
COUNSELLORS
Sarah Rolfe
offers weekly
counselling
sessions.
Appointments
are by
referral
from a
member of
the Primary
Care Team.
DISTRICT
NURSES
Our
linked
District
Nurse team
provides a
range of
nursing
services in
the home.
OTHER
STAFF
Other
members of
the Primary
Health Care
team include
Community
Psychiatric
Nurses and
MacMillan
Nurses.
