- By telephone ONLY IF UNABLE TO ACCESS EMAIL OR NHS APP on 01793 651039 between the hours of 08.30 and 16.30 Monday to Friday
Medication reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, practice nurse or clinical pharmacist at least once a year around your birthday to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment a month in advance to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 72 hours for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
